Product Ordering Instructions
To order, please use the order form on the home page.
Click on the "Add to cart" button below the product you want to buy, check the contents of your shopping cart, and then click on the "Proceed with purchase" button (if you want to purchase at the same time, click on the "Continue shopping" button). Then you will be asked to fill in your data, please fill in your details and press the "Send" button.
We may temporarily run out of stock in case of overlapping orders, but in that case, we will place an order as soon as possible. In such cases, we will place an order as soon as possible.

About Payment

In any case, please make a payment and reply to us within 5 days of your first order.
If you cancel your order, we may not be able to accept your order in the future.
Please be sure to contact us if you can't make it to the specified date.
Timing of Payment Confirmation and Shipping.
Payment confirmation will be made around 3:00 p.m. and those that have been confirmed will be shipped within 5 days (excluding Sundays and Saturday and holidays).
In case of cash on delivery or credit card payment, we will ship them as soon as we can arrange for them to be shipped.
If you would like to hold your order, please let us know in the comment box.
We will hold your order for up to 7 days after your first order.
If you have a large number of orders, it may take us longer to ship your order. Please understand that it may take some time for us to ship your order.

About Shipping

Shipping Service

We offer two shipping services.

Please choose your favorite plan when you purchase.

We try to ship within 5 days of purchase, but some items may have to be ordered from the manufacturer.

Please note that it may take up to two weeks from the time you place your order for items to be ordered.

1. FedEx Expedited Shipping  ------------------

This is an expedited shipping plan using FedEx.

Estimated time of arrival: 2-5 days after shipment

Tracking number is available.

Shipping cost 20$.

2. Air Mail Shipping ---------------------

Air Mail Shipping is a reasonably priced plan using Japan Post.

Estimated time of arrival: 2-3 weeks from shipping.

Tracking number is available.

Shipping cost 10$.

Our store ships goods quickly via FedEx. Don't worry about it, we pack them tightly.
We can ship to both domestic and international destinations.
We get extra charges for international shipping.
You can check the exact shipping cost at the time of purchase.

About Returns

Only defective products, such as non-reproducible, will be accepted.
Unlike door-to-door sales, cooling-off is not applicable to mail order sales.
For defective products: We will exchange the product for the desired product or refund only if it cannot be exchanged after return (no return/refund for exchangeable products)
Return Period for Defective Products: within 7 days of receipt, please.
Other Notes and Requests
Many of the items for sale on this website are one-of-a-kind used items. However, we cannot cancel or exchange the order even before the payment is made, so please check the condition of the item before placing your order. We ask that you check the condition of your order before placing it, and please note that once you cancel your order, we may not be able to accept your order in the future.

International Buyers

Please Note: Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges.
These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up - do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.
